LP SMARTSIDE/DIAMOND KOTE SIDING

This wood composite siding option is recommended for many reasons, but mainly for the perceived ease of installation, affordability, impact resistance, and wood-like aesthetic. Northern Lights Exteriors can provide an estimate for the primed or the Diamond Kote pre-colored option. Because of the market we live in, we prefer James Hardie for any wildfire-prone areas, but can assist a client with making a determination for what may be best for their property at our scheduled appointment time.

METAL SIDING

Metal siding has become more and more on-trend in Colorado. Clients looking for a durable product that is fire resistant are often interested in metal siding. We’ve done full homes or other accents. Metal Siding can give a rustic look or even a more modern touch. Metal will cost more in the beginning, but the longevity should be a factor considered.

STONE/STUCCO

Stone and stucco are options that clients have some interest in here in Colorado.

Full stucco can often have a nice upfront price point, but if stucco is hit by hail and needs to be repaired it never looks exactly the same.
